Terms & Conditions
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures and industry best practices to protect the Web Wallet and associated services, no internet-connected software, infrastructure, or cryptographic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities, exploits, unauthorised access, or operational failures.
By using the Web Wallet, you acknowledge and accept that digital assets and cryptographic systems inherently involve risk, including but not limited to loss of funds, compromise of credentials, malware, phishing, software defects, smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, and third-party attacks.
The Web Wallet is provided on an "as is"" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
Users remain solely responsible for the security of their devices, credentials, recovery materials, and operational practices. Where supported by the protocol, operating a full node and maintaining direct control of private keys may provide a higher level of security than use of a browser-based or hosted wallet interface.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minima AG, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of digital assets, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to use of the Web Wallet, including where caused by cyberattack, software vulnerability, user error, unauthorised access, or service interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minima AG and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Web Wallet, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the services.
